Assemblymember Jose Solache District Visit 

The California Coalition for Community Investment (CalCCI) was thrilled to organize today’s meeting and site tour with Assemblymember Jose Luis Solache.

CalCCI was proud to support this important conversation, in partnership with

CAMEO Network and with support from our Sacramento-based policy advocates Public Interest Advocates. We were pleased to introduce Assemblymember Solache to Economic Resources Corporation, Los Angelitos Bakery, Corp. and LISC LA to highlight how community-based lenders and entrepreneurs are driving inclusive economic growth.

Given the national landscape and recent elimination of staff at the CDFI Fund, it’s more important than ever to advocate for small businesses and immigrant communities. We’re grateful to have leaders like Assemblymember Solache, who continue to be strong voices for our small business ecosystems.

Advocacy matters now more than ever. We look forward to working with the Assemblymember in the year ahead on economic development policies that expand opportunity for small businesses and entrepreneurs across California.
